When we were kids my brothers and I spent an obscene amount of time exploring the woods around the family farm. We would bring any "treasures" we found while we were out back with us and present them to our grandmother as gifts.
Here's the latest example:
My son and I came across the bald eagle nest on our last hike. We found some down at the base of their tree, so we put it in a mason jar that we found on our way out of the woods.
