We're putting a conditional hold on taking new clients
First of all we'd like to say that we hope this is only a temporary problem. But as we are getting two and three weeks out in the busy season, we have to do something to protect the people that have been coming in here for decades. We're hoping to renovate / restaff over the next couple of years in order to improve throughput, but in the mean time, we're slowing things down to better focus on the customers we already have.
Ok. So here are the top three questions folks have brought up that we want to address:
NUMBER ONE!
We are still taking family members. So if your kids, your brother, your super close friend, or whatever, needs something, if YOU give us a call we'll add them to the system.
NUMBER TWO!
We're not slowing down taking new cars, we're slowing down taking new clients. Don't stress out about adding new / additional cars to your existing account.
NUMBER THREE!
We haven't gotten to busy to do your oil change. We keep hearing this one. We appreciate the concern, but part of the reason we're doing this is so that we can do as much as possible for the folks we already have.
